A yellow, manganese and green-glazed 'buffalo and monkey' brushwasher - Kangxi

The recumbent water buffalo painted in manganese lying within the circular washer with its nose and horns protruding over the slightly tapering irregularly surfaced rockwork egg and spinach painted walls, the walls surmounted by a fruiting peach tree containing three monkeys, a green one seated on top and two yellow ones on either side, the interior walls green glazed, (minor chips), box. 11.4cm (4½in) high.
