The dish finely potted of shallow rounded form, rising gently from the short neatly cut footring to the hexa-lobed rim, the interior crisply moulded in relief with a chi dragon in the central medallion amid cloud scroll enclosed by a delicatedly executed peony scroll and a band of key-fret below the metal bound rim, the exterior plain; the shallow bowl with conical sides, radiating ribs extending from the notched rim towards the centre, the impressions on the interior formed by deep vertical incision on the underside, covered overall with a transparent ivory-tinted glaze.
