Valenstein, A Handbook of Chinese Ceramics, New York, 1989, pl. 156; and one in the Art Institute of Chicago, which was included in the China Institute in America exhibition Ming Porcelains, China House, New York, 1970, cat. no. 39. Compare also two bowls of this type in Japan, one in the Idemitsu Museum of Art, Tokyo, illustrated in Chinese Ceramics in the Idemitsu Collection, Tokyo, 1987, pl. 175; and the other from a private collection included in the Japan Society exhibition Yuan and Ming Ceramics, Tokyo, 1956, cat. no. 34.
