Of hammered sheet, the crown with a carinated edge that peaks at the front where it merges with the sharp median ridge, the carination especially pronounced at the back, with long crescentic cheek-pieces, the small nose-guard terminating in a disk, the neck-guard flanged, a reinforcing band joined by rivets applied around the perimeter of the eye-holes partially preserved, two perforations above each ear-hole, a perforation at the top of the crown ridge, and two at the back along the neck-guard. 10½ in.
