A diamond memorial brooch, second quarter of the 19th century

Set with a heart-shaped rose-cut diamond within a border of flowerheads and foliage set with rose-cut diamonds, with a glazed locket compartment to the back, mounted in silver on gold, the rose-cut diamond measures 10.28mm x 10.32mm approximately. Sold for £4,560
