An Egyptian turquoise glass male head inlay. Probably Ptolemaic, circa 3rd-1st Centuries B.C.

Of opaque glass, the profile head facing right, with long slender eyebrow and extended eyeline, with large fleshy earlobe, the broad neck with rounded base, 37mm high, pitted surface. Sold for £7,800
