Kangxi six-character mark, Guangxu The globular body rising to a tall cylindrical neck and standing on a recessed foot, covered overall to the exterior with an even rich blue glaze, stopping neatly at the foot ring and thinning to white around the mouth rim, the interior glazed white. 22.7cm (9in) high. A tall flambé-glazed bottle vase. 18th century The globular body rising to a tall cylindrical neck, all supported on a straight footring, covered in a deep raspberry glaze suffused with streaks of purple and blue, the colour thinning at the lip revealing a pale buff crackled glaze, the base painted with a brown slip with mottling. 53.2cm (21in) high.
