A large dish, China, 1st half of Ming dynasty, 14th/15th ct., Longquan ware, Zhejiang province
with light green celadon glaze and an overall incised decoration consisting of a camellia spray in the centre surrounded by 4 sections each with one large character reading the auspicious prosperity wish Jin yu man tang ("May gold and jade fill your halls") in the well, the flat rim and outside with a stylised floral scroll, the base and foot glazed apart a large, orange red coloured firing ring - Good condition - D. 35,9 cm
