each with a foliate cast neck above a gourd-shaped body painted with reserves of vases and Chinese utensils and writing implements, with rope-twist handles terminating in acanthus leaves, on a shaped base cast with flowers on a stippled ground within a rope-twist border; one vase restored, the other with a chip to the base. each 35.5cm. high; 1ft. 2in.
