Woven with a red ground surrounding the circular reserves of phoenix and flower sprigs above a wide lishui border, the neck and sleeve bands woven en suite on a black ground, some of the details throughout the robe added in ink and graded polychrome pigments (fabric split along shoulders and sleeves). 56 3/4in (144cm) long - Sold for $10,800
