Set with an oval ruby weighing 5.04 carats, amid a stylised basket micro pavé-set with brilliant-cut diamonds extending throughout the shank, mounted in platinum. Ring size: 6¼. Estimate 2,000,000—2,500,000 HKD

NOTE: Accompanied by Gübelin and GRS reports numbered 0706549 and GRS2007-010862, dated 29 June and 4 January 2007 respectively, stating that the 5.04 carat ruby is natural, of Burmese (Myanmar) origin, with no indication of heat treatment, 'pigeon's blood' colour; also accompanied by a note from Gübelin laboratory stating that large, natural, untreated rubies of almost any geographic origin have become even more difficult to find on the market today.
