A rare famille verte deep bowl and cover. Kangxi six-character mark and of the period
The gently rounded sides of the deep bowl painted with two lobed shaped panels, each enclosing a full frontal dragon amidst a flaming pearl, flame scrolls, clouds, and crashing waves, flanked on either side by lotus scrolls, the straight rim with band of confronted dragons, the domed cover similarly painted at the rim, the shoulder with stylised trellises, surmounted by a stylised dragon finial. 17.6cm (7in) high.
