The openwork cartouche of delicate floral, foliate and fluttering ribbon design, suspending an articulated swag with three drops, millegrain-set throughout with old brilliant and single-cut diamonds, diamonds approximately 4.40 carats total, detachable suspensory loop, detachable brooch fitting deficient, later chain, length 8.2cm.
