A large 'famille-verte' multi-faceted vase and cover. Qing dynasty, Kangxi period
of slender baluster form, brightly enamelled around the exterior with panels of birds amongst prunus, qilin, scholars objects, crane amongst pine, peony amongst rockwork and pavilions in river landscapes, all reserved on a pale green floral and butterfly pitted ground, the domed and facetted cover similarly decorated and surmounted with a knop. 64cm., 25 1/4 in.
