Of tied bow design, set with circular-cut and cushion-shaped diamonds, suspending a detachable pearl pendant, the cupola mount set with rose-cut stones, signed G. Confalonieri Milano. NOTE: The Milanese firm Confalonieri was one of the Crown jewellers to both king Vittorio-Emanuele II (1820-1878) and king Umberto I (1844-1900) of Italy. It also had a branch in Rome.
