A fine Junyao saucer dish with a barbed rim. Northern Song Dynasty

Molded with raised ribs to the cavetto of the shallow well and covered with a pale blue glaze applied to all surfaces except the foot pad, its shallow recessed base marked with three spur marks and the glaze layer displaying a web of pale brown craze lines.. 4 1/2in (11.5cm) diameter.
