Warhol completed this drawing of a joyful Queen Elizabeth of England laughing around 1978. He completed a print of Queen Elizabeth for his "Reigning Queens" series a few years later in 1985. Warhol only completed four drawings of Queen Elizabeth, two of which were for the print series. The other one is a profile, the auction record is below. This is an extremely RARE opportunity to obtain an authenticated Warhol drawing of Warhol's favorite subject matter: royalty, celebrity and glamour.
