Découverte d'une des plus grandes tombes jamais mises à jour à Saqqara
LE CAIRE (EGYPTE) [06.01.10] – Une mission archéologique égyptienne a mis à jour deux nouvelles tombes à Saqqara. Selon le Conseil Suprême des Antiquités égyptiennes, l'une serait le plus vaste complexe funéraire de cette vaste nécropole, datant de la XXVIe dynastie, entre 653 et 525 avant J.-C.

TORONTO (CANADA) [05.01.10] – A l'issue d'une exposition d'une partie des manuscrits de Qumrân dans un musée canadien, la Jordanie a réclamé la saisie de ces documents, qui devaient retourner en Israël. Selon les Jordaniens, ils ont été confisqués par les Israéliens pendant la Guerre des Six Jours en 1967. Le gouvernement canadien a refusé d'intervenir.
