Of compressed ovoid shape with a flat mouth rim, waisted neck, stylized ring handles on the sides, the main body engraved with a landscape scene on one side and an inscription in running script beginning with the proverb 'Any mountain can be famous with the presence of an immortal, any river can be holy with the presence of a dragon' and ending with a date of 1774 and a signature Jingyi Jushi inscribed in Yanjing (Beijing), the recessed base with an incised Qianlong mark, the stopper of tourmaline with a vinyl collar. 2 1/2in (6cm) Sold for $6,710

Of flattened ovoid form with thick overlay and ovoid foot rim, depicting cherry blossoms on one side, butterfly and blossoms on the verso, with glass simulating coral stopper and a glass collar. 3 1/4in (8cm) - Sold for $2,074

Of hexagonal faceted form, raised on a recessed oval foot rim, each panel carved with a floral pendant under a lappet collar and key fret band at the rim, the glass a pale celadon tone, with coral-colored stopper and translucent vinyl collar. 2 1/4in (5.8cm) - Sold for $1,708

Of flattened ovoid form, with wide lip and recessed oval foot rim, each side carved in relief with birds amid flowering prunus branches, with a deep red stopper and vinyl collar. 2 1/4in (5.4cm) - Sold for $1,220

Of flattened ovoid form, with a wide mouth and slightly recessed base, each side carved to take the form of a mallow flower with the symbol of yin and yang at the center, the glass a deep red, with a jadeite stopper. 2 1/4in (5.6cm) - Estimate: $3,000 - 4,000 Unsold.
