with high shoulder, cylindrical ribbed neck and galleried rim, painted on the body with a continuous battle scene with equestrian warriors, bowmen, soldiers and flag bearers amongst rockwork and pine, beneath stylised iron-red clouds, the moon and stars, the high shoulder with four panels of precious objects with books, brush holder, scrolls, a tied qin, ruyi-sceptre, weiqi board and counter holders, on a flower-head and stippled green ground, the neck with bamboo, daisy and leafy branches issuing from rockwork with an iron-red leaf mark and a square seal, all beneath the galleried rim decorated with green ground keyfret band. 17 inches, 43.2cm high. Condition: Two body cracks, scratches to neck.  Price on request
