Carefully potted with a raised ridge to the flared rim, a cloud pattern painted to the waist and a continuous landscape with scholars and attendants encircling the convex exterior walls raised on three short feet, the celadon-tinged glaze stopping in a circle within the feet; 9 1/2in (24cm) diameter.

The first molded with a barbed rim and slightly raised ribs to the wide rim flange and shallow cavetto and painted with flowering branches in lotus-petal reserves that surround a figural roundel filling the floor of the well, the ribboned chime mark to the recessed base enclosed within a double ring; and a pair of smaller dishes, each with a barbed edge to the rim flange, painted with diamond diaper bands separating lotus-petal reserves filled with flowers, the recessed base of each bearing a six-character Chenghua mark in regular script inscribed within a double ring.; 11 and 8 1/4in (28 and 21cm) diameters. Estimate: US$1,500 - 2,500
