Set with four closed-back table-cut diamonds in lozenge formation, within a heavily chased lozenge-shaped bezel, between red enamel scrolling shoulders, the hoop with engraved foliate decoration, mounted in yellow gold, traces of blue and white enamel also remaining, ring size K - Estimate: £4,000 - 6,000, US$ 6,500 - 9,800.

Note: Found sixty years ago by the vendor's grandfather, on the Norfolk/Suffolk border, prior to the Treasure Act

Modelled as a serpent winding around the finger, the head set with a foiled, closed-back emerald, the engraved snake-scale body with traces of blue enamel decoration, the interior hoop incised with ventral scale motifs, applied with a smaller writhing serpent behind the head, ring size N - Estimate: £4,000 - 6,000, US$ 6,500 - 9,800

Note: Discovered at St Cuthbert Out, Somerset, treasure number 2009 T250. Accompanied by original correspondence from the British Museum confirming this ring was regarded as Treasure and returned to the Finder.
