each with rounded sides rising from a tapered foot to a lipped rim, enamelled to the exterior with three gilt-edged medallions each enclosing a fruiting tree, divided by vases of peony branches with various auspicious objects, all reserved on a bright lemon-yellow ground incised with feathery scrolls, the interior decorated in underglaze blue with a central medallion enclosing three rams encircled on the well by four detached fruiting and flowering sprays suspending Buddhist Emblems, inscribed to the base with a six-character Daoguang seal mark Quantity: 2 - 14.8cm., 5 7/8 in. each with deep rounded sides rising from a short foot to a slightly flaring rim, the exterior painted in bright enamels with four gilt-bordered circular medallions enclosing precious objects including vases holding sprigs of peony blooms, bowls of cherries, toy ships, dice and animal puppets, all divided by stylised lotus issuing from scrolled leafy stems against a lemon-yellow ground, the interior decorated with a central gilt-edged medallion enclosing a garden scene with a kite hanging on peony and prunus branches, the rim with a band of alternating iron-red peony and lotus florets on leafy scrolls, inscribed to the base with a six-character Daoguang seal mark in iron-red Quantity: 2 - 14.8cm., 5 7/8 in.
