Centring on an oval - shaped ruby weighing 4.03 carats, surrounded by twelve pieces of oval and pear - shaped diamonds altogether weighing 3.45 carats, the diamonds are D - F colour and VS -VVS clarity, mounted in platinum. Ring size 6. Estimate HK$2,350,000 - 3,250,000 US$300,000 - 420,000

Accompanied by report *GRS 2008 - 073322, dated 28th July 2008 from the Gem Research Swiss Lab, stating that the 4.03 carat is naturaly of Burmese (Myanmar) origin, vivid red colour (GRS type “pigeons blood”) with no indication of heating.
