The top carved with a scene of a man kneeling before an official with his entourage in a pavilion amongst rockworks and watery landscape, all on four different types of finely worked diaper grounds within a leafy lotus blossom frieze, framed around the sides with a keyfret border, the four feet each terminating in a curved end, also decorated with leafy lotus blossoms, reinforced by L-shaped finials with diaper ground. 53.6cm long.
