Of conical form, the interior applied with a lustrous black glaze, boldly cut out with a five-pointed star decorated with five additional five-pointed star motifs formed from five small circular splashes surrounding an additional star at the interior, the underside applied with glaze at the rim and cut to a pentalobed design, the rest of the underside and foot unglazed revealing the reddish-brown buff ware. 13.3cm diam.
