Potted with a cupped rim and raised horizontal rib bisecting the neck painted in cobalt outline with cloud collar, leiwen and pearl bands while the elongated body displays scholars riding mules through mountain passes or traveling by boat toward rustic retreats rendered in deeply hued wash and outline, the recessed base centered with a double ring. 18 3/8in (46.5cm) high. Thickly potted with a rolled rim and deep well covered in a celadon-tinged glaze that continues on the exterior walls painted in shades of bright cobalt with large reserves of flower baskets surrounded by a dense ground of chrysanthemum blossoms and leaf scrolls in reserve on a cobalt-washed ground, the wide foot pad and shallowly recessed base left unglazed. 16 1/2in (42cm) high. Thickly potted with a short neck and ovoid body that spreads outward toward an unglazed, rounded foot pad and recessed base, the exterior walls painted with three tiers of reserves filled with densely leafed flowering branches above floral and leaf bands that repeat around the neck and the edge of the domical cover with further floral reserve panels encircling the lotus bud finial. 22 3/4in (58cm) high. Of globular form, well painted with mythical animals standing on rocky promontories emerging from foaming waves under a sawtooth band at the neck, the six-character mark written in two lines of regular script within a double ring to the recessed base. 8 1/2in (21.5cm) high. Sold for US$2,750

Its shallow curving well surrounded by a canted rim flange finished with a foliate edge, painted in outline and graded cobalt wish with successive bands of flower heads, waves, flower petal reserves conforming to the raised ribs molded into the cavetto and a classic lotus flower and leaf scroll band centered with a single classic lotus flower head, the reverse with three floral sprays and the recessed base displaying a musical chime mark.

Each with horizontal band extruding around the tall cylindrical neck separating two bands of floral decoration while three tiers of reserves also filled with seasonal flowers, insects and birds cover the body of inverted pear form and the spreading foot above a set-in foot ring, the recessed base centered with a flowering branch mark within a double ring. 19in (48cm) high.
