each with shallow sides rising to a wide and everted rim, decorated to the central interior with Pronk's design, depicting a Chinese lady standing beneath the parasol held by her attendant and observing three water birds near bulrushes, the cavetto with a floral border and the honeycomb-patterned rim reserved with foliate scroll-edged cartouches of water birds alternating with panels of either the lady or her attendant, painted on the underside in underglaze-blue with seven winged insects. 2.0; 23.5cm., 9 1/4 in.
