of oblong section with indented corners, rising from a spreading foot to a lipped rim, the exterior brightly enamelled to each face with a shaped cartouche enclosing a single leafy floral spray, all within a band of demi-florets dispersed on a trellis diaper ground, the foot and the rim bordered with a cell pattern, with matching decoration on the domed cover and the stand, the cover surmounted by a knop in the form of a coiled serpentine. 3.0. 36.2cm., 14 1/4 in. Estimate 12,000-18,000 GBP.
