modelled in the form of a seated monkey, depicted with large rounded aubergine-glazed eyes and rounded nose and ears, its fur covered in a thin wash of manganese yellow, the short spout shaped as a peach fruit cupped in its hands, set at the back with a curved handle in the form of green gnarled pine below another circular flaring opening, wood stand. 2.0. 16.2cm., 6 3/8 in.
