Chinese blue and white of Wanli Period (1573-1619) @ Christie's Interiors

Each painted to the body with shaped cartouches of peony and lotus spray beside rockwork, the shoulders with shaped panels of fruiting branches, all surrounded by geometric patterns; 14¼ in. (36.2 cm.) high (2). Estimate £3,000 - £5,000

Provenance: 'Questa Antichita' via Camerana 8 Torino' labels to bases.

All of square form with cylidrical necks, similarly decorated with panels alternating flowers beside rockwork and birds by flowering lotus. The largest 10½ in. (26.7 cm.) high (3). Estimate £3,000 - £4,000

Comprising one larger and two smaller vases, variously decorated with panels depicting flowers and birds. The largest 10½ in. (26.7 cm.) high (3). Estimate £2,000 - £3,000

With a barbed rim, decorated to the centre with a bird perched on rockwork amongst blossoming branches within a border of lappet-shaped panels enclosing precious objects and peach sprays; 19¼ in. (49 cm.) diam. Estimate £1,000 - £1,500

With barbed rim, painted to the centre with ducks in a lotus pond, within a border of shaped panels depicting birds and flowers, the reverse with further panel decoration; 10¼ in. (26.1 cm.) diam. Estimate £1,000 - £1,500

The globular body painted with dense fruiting pomegranate and leaves within two bands of stiff leaves, the neck with a key-fret band; 6¾ in. (17.1 cm.) high. Estimate £800 - £1,200
