the curved walls of the body delicately painted with the branches of a weathered peach tree, extending onto the domed cover, bearing eight large ripe peaches amid pale pink blossoms and slender leaves, all supported on a well-formed footring, four-character Shende Tang zhi mark in iron-red, the Hall for the Cultivation of Virture (2). Diameter 6 3/8 in., 16.3 cm. Estimate 40,000-60,000 USD. Lot Sold: 40,625 USD
