The vase is of a slightly flattened form with a pair of elaborate mythical beast handles and rings to each side. It is glazed all over with an unctuous glaze of pale green tone. The body is decorated with moulded flower motifs between bands of long leaves which encircle the neck and foot. 16½ in. (42 cm.) high Lot 400. Estimate £10,000 - £15,000 ($15,930 - $23,895)
