Each side of the beaker painted with a chinoiserie scene depicting a large figure, within a gilt and Böttger-lustre cartouche with purple and iron-red scrollwork, gilt scrollwork borders to the rims, the beaker: 8.3cm high; the saucer: 13.8cm diam, gilt 8 to both, incised / to saucer, impressed .. to beaker (very minor rubbing to cartouche on saucer) (2). Lot 9. Estimate: £5,000 - 7,000 / €6,100 - 8,500 / US$ 8,000 - 11,000
