each with deep rounded sides rising from a straight foot to a flaring rim, the exterior painted in soft cobalt-blue tones with large lotus blooms borne on undulating stems issuing spear-shaped leaves, all above a band of interlinking ruyi scrolls with foliate extensions, the interior with a central medallion enclosing a single lotus spray, all divided by double-line borders, inscribed to the base with a six-character Kangxi mark within a double circle - 2.0 - 15.9cm., 6 1/4 in.
