Art Deco Kashmir sapphire, platinum and diamond ring, Cartier. Photo Freeman's Auctioneers & Appraisers

Mixed cut sapphire, approximately 6.7 carats, prong set and flanked on either side by three petite round cut diamonds. Signed by the maker, and displaying serial no. 5454783. Ring size: 6 1/2. 10.7mm x 7.7mm. Band is signed on side near prongs, serial number appear on interior shank. The sapphire and diamond ring is in good condition with very little wear, no loss is visible bar one very minor chip to the girdle (visible in online image). All wear is consistent with age and use. Estimate $20,000-30,000 

Accompanied by AGL certificate no. CS47696, stating that the sapphire is of Kashmir origin with no evidence of heat treatment or clarity enhancement.
