The figure is shown seated in dhyanasana on a lotus base, with the hands in bhumisparsa mudra. The robe has foliate borders and is gracefully draped over the shoulder and around the body. The broad face is cast with a gentle expression and the hair, which is dressed in spiky curls is covered in blue pigment. 14½ in. (37 cm.) high, wood stand. Estimate $40,000 - $60,000
