Of stylised firework design, composed of twenty graduated cabochon rubies together weighing approximately 108.13 carats, highlighted by pear-shaped and brilliant-cut diamonds together weighing approximately 56.80 carats, length approximately 410mm; and pair of matching ear clips, the rubies and diamonds altogether weighing approximately 27.39 and 7.00 carats respectively; mounted in platinum and 18 karat yellow gold, signed. NOTE DE CATALOGUE: Accompanied by Gübelin reports numbered 12067035 and 12067036/1 and 2, dated 20 June 2012, stating that the rubies are natural, of Burmese (Myanmar) origin, with no indications of heating. Further accompanied by Gübelin special note stating that "all these rubies possess the properties of Burmese rubies from the most famed Mogok Valley". Also accompanied by GIA report numbered 7122942445, dated 24 July 2012, stating that the rubies are natural, "Pigeon's Blood" colour, with no indications of heating. The GIA monograph states that "The Fai Dee Fireworks Ruby and Diamond Necklace and Earrings are dazzling example of the powerful effect achieved by incorporating gems of great rarity and beauty into jewelry demonstrating excellence in presentation.
