The necklace composed of nine graduated cushion-shaped and oval rubies together weighing approximately 29.55 carats, to a necklace composed of oval, pear-shaped and brilliant-cut diamonds together weighing approximately 71.75 carats, mounted in platinum, length approximately 410mm. Estimation: 5,500,000 - 6,500,000 HKD

NOTE DE CATALOGUE: Accompanied by GRS report numbered GRS2012-053278 (Platinum Rarity Award No 795), dated 18 May 2012, stating that the rubies are natural, of Burmese (Myanmar) origin, the 6.11 and 2.14 carat rubies are of ''Pigeon's Blood'' colour, with no indication of thermal treatment; and appendix stating that these rubies are a ''Very rare set of rubies with fine color (center stone ''pigeon's blood''), good clarity and brilliancy, and spared of thermal enhancement.'' 

Also accompanied by eight Gübelin reports, stating that the rubies weighing 2.06 to 6.11 carats are natural, of Burmese (Myanmar) origin, with no indications of thermal treatment; with Gübelin notes stating that "the rubiesweighing 2.06 to 4.08 carats possesses the properties of Mogok Burmese rubies, with a red body colour and red UVflourescence. Further accompanied by GRS reports stating that the 3.06, 2.14 and 2.06 carat rubies are natural, of Burmese (Myanmar) origin, with no indication of thermal treatment.

Accompanied by twenty-eight GIA reports stating that the diamonds ranging from 0.40 to 1.04 carats are of D to F colour, VVS2 to VS2 clarity.
