Designed as intertwining flowers, the two flowerheads centered by old mine-cut diamonds weighing approximately 5.75 carats, one flowerhead suspending a pear-shaped diamond drop weighing approximately 2.25 carats, the flower petals set with numerous cushion-cut and oval-shaped rubies, accented throughout by numerous old mine, old European and rose-cut diamonds weighing approximately 2.60 carats, the stems set with three tumbled ruby cabochons and the leaves applied with green enamel, gross weight approximately 47 dwts.
