rising from a flat base to wide rounded shoulders and curving in sharply at the short upright neck with wide rolled mouthrim, applied overall with a fine milky-white glaze pooling to a greenish tint around the neck and stopping just before the foot, Japanese wood box (4).
Provenance: Mayuyama & Co., Ltd., Tokyo, acquired between 1960-1969.
