A Large 'Magnolia' Rhinoceros Horn Libation Cup, 17th-18th Century - Sotheby's

carved as an open magnolia blossom with overlapping petals, pierced around the exterior with a chilong intertwined with a gnarled branch clambering up to the rim and forming the handle and base, with further magnolia blossoms and flowering branches around the body. Length 6 7/8  in., 17.4 cm. Estimation: 60,000 - 80,000 USD
