Provenance: Transferred from Hampton Court to Kensington Palace in September 1973.
A tall trumpet-shaped blue and white porcelain vase with a flaring lip, painted with an official and five attendants carrying flags and gifts, introduced to a scholar; on the central area are four formalised rosettes separated by swastika and ‘wheel’ emblems, and below a pendant frieze of stiff leaves.
