Jar and cover, China, 1670. Porcelain painted in underglaze blue, 48.0 x 34.0 cm. RCIN 1400. Royal Collection © Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II Provenance: Transferred from Hampton Court to Kensington Palace in September 1973.  A large blue and white porcelain jar and cover of bulbous form, with a short neck and low domed lid with knob; painted all over with formal lotus scrolls and with a petal border about the foot and a band of pendant leaves about neck. The cover is decorated with matching lotus scrolls.

Vase, China, 1650. Porcelain painted in underglaze blue, 44.0 x 21.8 cm. RCIN 1398. Royal Collection © Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II Provenance: Transferred from Hampton Court to Kensington Palace in September 1973. A tall trumpet-shaped blue and white porcelain vase with a flaring lip and foot, painted with an official and attendants carrying banners and bearing gifts, met by a woman at the door of a house, with four quatrefoils below and a frieze of pendant leaves at base.

Baluster vase, China, 1680. Porcelain painted in underglaze blue, 22.2 x 8.5 cm. RCIN 1056. Royal Collection © Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II Slender baluster vase with straight sides, a narrow neck, a cut mouth and a spreading foot. Painted round the body with leafy scroll with peony and hibiscus blooms, around the shoulder of the vase are borders of chevron pattern and scrollwork.
