Set to the centre with an oval sapphire, the mount set with demi-lune and brilliant-cut diamonds, size 53^1/2, signed Bulgari. Estimate:  57,000 – 85,000 CHF

Accompanied by SSEF report no. 67534, stating that the sapphire is of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating.
