The necklace flexibly set with numerous graduated heart-shaped rubies, each surrounded by brilliant-cut and pear-shaped diamonds, accented by circular-cut rubies, each spaced by a brilliant-cut diamond, to the front suspending nine pear-shaped rubies of similar design; and a pair of matching pendent earrings and a ring. The galleries of the necklace and earrings embellished by diamond-set openwork. Rubies altogether weighing approximately 83.88 carats; diamonds altogether weighing approximately 66.50 carats. Accompanied by GIA report numbered 7142992649 dated 19 April 2013, stating that the rubies are natural, of Burmese (Myanmar) origin, with no indications of heating. Also accompanied by a GIA appendix stating that "The heart to heart ring, earrings and necklace suite contain rubies ...that are wonderful examples of the classic Pigeon's Blood colour which is the ultimate descriptor for these exquisite gems...Indeed the Heart to Heart suite speaks volumes when it comes to representing the aura that surrounds that unstoppable combination of great rarity and beauty.
