Convex round copper plaque with grisaille painting, flesh tones and gold drawing. Back side translucent enameled. Wearing. Minorly chipped around the rim. Minor restorations. Sticker at the backside.
Provenance: former collection of Sir Andrew Fountaine (Salle, Norfolk 1676 - 1753 Narford Hall, Narford). Three generations in the collection of the Sir Andrew Fountaine family. Sold at Christie, Manson & Woods, London 16th June 1884, sale The Fountaine Collection, lot 254.
