Of Oriental inspiration, decorated with black enamel throughout, the hinged cover with central mother of pearl panel depicting two antelope and a tree in blossom, to the enamel border, opening to reveal a bevelled mirror, lipstick holder and powder compartment, the thumb piece and powder cover with rose-cut diamond accents, circa 1925, French marks for silver and gold, 6.2cm long. Signed Ghiso. Estimate: £1,500 - £2,000.
