the steep rounded sides rising to an everted rim, freely and boldly painted on the exterior with two pairs of fierce confronting dragons in iron-red with their dorsal finlets picked out in green, each in pursuit of a gilt 'flaming pearl', all emerging from high cresting waves and bordered by double lines on the rim and base, repeated on the interior rim. Diameter 8 in., 20.3 cm. Estimation 5,000 — 7,000 USD
