the rounded sides rising from a straight foot to a slightly flared rim, the exterior with three gilt-edged medallions enclosing a goat in a differing attitude beneath a tree in bloom, interspersed by floral sprays and clusters of fruit and precious objects reserved on an incised lemon-yellow ground, the interior decorated in underglaze blue with a double line medallion enclosing three goats encircled on the well by detached flowering and fruiting sprays, each tied with a Buddhist emblem, seal mark in underglaze blue.
